Mindfulness – it’s one of the hottest words of the moment! It is associated with being present, stilling the mind, manifesting our intentions, and expanding consciousness. These concepts appeal to many people, but when adopting a new approach to life, the first steps can be the the most challenging.

I’m Peter, and my mission is to guide those who are taking their first steps into Mindfulness, as well as to challenge and support those who want to deepen their practice. Through this website and live sessions, I will share my interpretations of the ancient and evolving wisdom of Mindfulness. My intention is to help you explore fundamental ideas that provide the foundation for a more conscious and fulfilling life.
